Treat your children to healthy seafood

As well as being fresh, tasty and natural, seafood is also very good for kids’ health, vitality and development. Encouraging your children to eat seafood as part of a balanced diet will:

  • Help their muscles to develop properly
     
  • Help them reach their full height
     
  • Keep their skin healthy
     

Scientists recommend that we should all eat two portions of seafood a week, one portion of which should be oil-rich fish such as herring or mackerel. With more than 100 different types of seafood caught around our coastline, there are loads of delicious options to choose from – be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
